The Iq spoilboard got replaced this morning. Huge thanks to @bwatt and @Glory2God for the help today, and in the future.
As always, mind your cuts.

Later that night I returned and replaced the IQ’s black metal zero-sensor holder with a new 3D printed one (the old metal holder is in the tool box for the IQ). I also re-did the wiring which required me to shorten the cable an inch or so on both ends. The new holder has a slot for the wire to hang down which hopefully puts less stress on it. In addition I knotted the wire within the puck so it would not pull out in the future. In the future I think we should probably buy a new 3’ coiled cord with 6" straight ends and maybe add a detangler.
.You rock @bwatt! I agree with your suggestions.
Brilliant work Bri! You are amazing ![]()

Were the dog holes cut by this machine, so that we know them to be square to the machine?
They were. Even the bolt holes are sized for the dogs as well.
But the bolt holes are not as deep. The regular dog holes are 3/4" deep whereas the bolt dog holes are just over 3/8" (actually 9.75mm) deep.
