I was inspired by the @Kasper’s Build With Me serie yesterday, so i’m doing a design version of it.
I’ll be at Asmbly’s MPR space this Saturday from noon to 3pm working on a digital sculpture. If you’re curious about the process, come hangout, or try out the process yourself.
What to expect?
For those of you who don’t know me, I studied 3D animation in college and my first job out of college was a toy designer. I’ll be sculpting a character in Zbrush on my laptop with a digital pen and tablet. If you’re curious about my design process, toy manufacturing, 3D printing or just nerdy stuff, let’s chat!
If you would like to try it out, you’re welcome to jump on my laptop for a bit, or you can download a 14 day trial of the Zbrush or the free Blender on your laptop. I have an extra set of tablet for you to use. Just be sure to download the wacom tablet driver. Search for this model: CTL-4100WL - Wacom Intuos S BT (2018)
This is NOT a class/workshop, just me sculpting, so I won’t be able to give you an in-depth tutorial on the software.
All is welcome, no calendar invites, no registration, just show up.
