According to the website, there are slots available for the 6/16 CNC beginner router class.

Are you making a female mold for the fiberglass seat, or will you do a wet layup of fiberglass cloth over XPS foam? Is this for furniture, or is it for a motorcycle seat? There are many types of foam you could use with composites – urethane, XPS, EPS, PVC. And different types of wood – MDF, endgrain balsa, plywood. Also, polyester and epoxy resins.

I have attached some pictures of my composites projects. I’ve fabricated foam and MDF molds and cores for woven composites. I can do design or manufacturing consultation, though I’m only interested in prototyping, not production work. I will message you my contact info.
