Cnc Router Z-probe damage

I was using the CNC machine last night, and accidentally ran my bit into the z probe while it was spinning. It left a nice size hole and metal burr. I was going to purchase a new one on Amazon to replace it, but wanted to make sure it was the correct model first. Please advise accordingly.

That’s a different model, but it should be ok. It’s a slightly newer version but appears compatible.

The system will need to be recalibrated for a new probe

OK, so I’ll get it ordered and leave it at the shop. Should be in by Saturday. I’m not sure about the re calibrating portion.

I do believe the old probe still works.

I left the new Z-probe at the shop tonight. The current one is functional, minus the burr sticking up.
