The lock handle for the fence on bandsaw 1 was broken off and left. Maybe it was tightened too much and broke. Maybe people tightened it too much over time and this last time was the final straw.
The biggest issue here is that it was not reported when it happened. This is the most serious part of this situation. Broken tools being left for others to discover. Reporting broken tools is part of being a member. The sooner we know, the sooner we can start repairs.
