Can confirm that the hotend is broken! This is the party that is supposed to fall first - so the rest on the machine stays intact. Red tagged for now, and we’ll get the parts in soon.

Do we have a spare in the Bambu drawer of the card catalog? I thought I got at least one the last time I ordered parts.
