When I looked at it yesterday, the step motor or the electronic card that drives the conveyor belt was the problem not the drum itself. This morning it was running but i did not turn on the drum. Someone fixed that part. If the drum turns and runs independently, the plastic plug on the side of the intelisand box is bad. Often if you bend the prongs a little to the inside and then plug and wiggle it once plugged may work temporarily. Or may be a loose wire inside the box. That plug once is replaced for some reason only lasts about a year. It was replaced earlier this year when the shaft couplings broke. I asked to order two or three. One to replace the one I provided from my stocks. I do have one but I’m not willing to give up my last one. Those parts are getting harder to get. It can be safely bypassed (basically is just a plug outlet, not sure why they make it so flimsy) but you need someone electrical savvy.

There is nothing wrong with the drum sander. Is the blast gate box or whatever is called.
