If you try to print and the printer claims that not all calibrations have been run, you can safely ignore that.

However, because the left side sensors are not working, you should not use the feature that allows you to start printing from a second spool when the first one runs out if the first one is on the left side. It should be fine to put the first spool on the right side (tools 3-5) and the second spool on the left (1-2).
