There’s only two set screws at 90 deg fixing the #1 assembly in place, it shifts and cannot be tightened.
The assembly cannot be removed without removing the Y axis drive first which makes it difficult to try anything.
I have what may be a much better assembly on hand, but the bolt pattern doesn’t match.
It could work to drill and tap a new hole. it’s got 2 drills 90 deg apart, so 2 alternate sites, but the wall is aluminum and thin thus the stripped threads.
It needs a third screw, the 2-set-screw design lacks the needed stability.
