Is the 4th axis still available. I have been working on tool paths for this but have not seen the the tool recently
It has never been available to members. There are significant technical limitations for that tool and no timeline for making it available. If it comes online a class will be required.
I don’t know if there has been any work on this lately. We may need someone to step up and take charge of getting it online.
We know what is necessary, changing the pendant and control board on the Swift again. I’m not sure there’s much appetite for that.
We thought the B58 would have a feature that the B18 has and the old A18s didn’t. Unfortunately the B58 had the same software issue as the A18s.
There is no software solution.
