Additional Info: I’ve been having problems with tension, causing the bobbin thread to show up on top while embroidering. I took my bobbin out to look at it, and a metal piece came with it. This piece doesn’t seem to be loose on the other machine.

I swapped the bobbin case from Embroidery 2 (currently out of commission for other reasons) into Embroidery 1, which works again. @NickE has ordered a replacement bobbin case.
