Summary: Plumbing leak near MPR
Additional Info: There’s a leak that’s causing small amounts of water to come up through the floor boards at the entrance of the MPR. Since the metal sink outside the bathroom has been getting a lot of use today with people washing paint out of paintbrushes, and the water coming up seems to be a bit more colorful than normal water, our best guess is that the metal sink’s drain has a gasket that isn’t tight enough somewhere. For now, I shut off the hot & cold water underneath the sink, and blue-taped an X over the sink. I have zero plumbing knowledge, so I’d love if someone with some plumbing skills could take a look at it. In the meantime, we set up the laser room fan pointing at the floor there to help dry it out.
